Orders for finished mosaics will be shipped within three days after the payments have been received.
Orders for custom mosaics will be sent according to agreed date and after the total payments have been received.

We will try to find the best way of shipment according to your order and inform you by email how we will proceed. We will make sure the product (mosaic art) we sent is insured.

  • We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.
  • Orders shipped should arrive within 7-12 days after your order left our studio.
  • Some locations and extra large orders may require additional shipping charges.
    If this applies, you will be notified via email prior to shipping so you can approve the change.
  • Customer is responsible for paying any freight charge caused by refused shipment, shipments returned by carrier due to incorrect address, natural disaster (usually covered by insurance), and any other reasons out of MOSArtIC Andreas Thumfart

  • If you purchased a custom mosaic art which was designed for you only and for any reason that you would like to return your purchase, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and send it back to us within 5 days of delivery, in the same original box and in perfect condition. You are responsible for product insurance and shipping costs. If you fail to make proper insurance, you take the total risk in case we do not receive the product or the product is received with damage. In these cases we are not able to refund your money, therefore we urge for proper insurance.

    For custom mosaic your deposit will not be refunded. We will refund the last payment received before sending the product to you (approximately 50% depending on agreed conditions, size and complexity of artwork). If you choose to return purchase for custom mosaic art, all rights and ownership go back to MOSArtIC Andreas Thumfart.
  • Please check the mosaic art product right after receiving it! If you find any damage, please notify me immediatley by sending an email to me. Any damage to or defect in a piece must be reported to MOSArtIC Andreas Thumfart latest within 2 days of delivery. How your complaint is dealt with will depend on the piece involved and the nature of your complaint. MOSArtIC will endeavor to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice in your package so we could process your returns quickly.
  • We will notify you via email as soon as we receive your returns.
  • Only the cost of the artwork will be refunded to you. For custom mosaic only your last payment will be refunded (appr. 50%). The cost of shipping and insurance when we sent your purchase will not be included in your refund.
  • You will be refunded latest within 20 days from the time we received your package.
