The mosaic Klimt “Mother & Child” is the second unique mosaic artwork of the Klimt collection by Austrian mosaic artist Andreas Thumfart. It is a one of a kind, handmade art piece. Each mosaic piece was grinded by hand.

The artist created the mosaic on the basis of Gustav Klimts "Mother and Child". Andreas Thumfart reformatted the mosaic and consciously set new accents in colour and detail especially with hair, face and background.
